“When the body speaks, I listen…” Yesterday during training, I tweaked my leg and woke up this morning feeling sore, swollen, heavy, and honestly… just off. So I tuned in. I slowed down. I measured myself on the bioresonance scanner and guess what it showed? High inflammation. High acidity. Imbalance in the gut. Was I surprised? Not really.
