“When the body speaks, I listen…”
Yesterday during training, I tweaked my leg and woke up this morning feeling sore, swollen, heavy, and honestly… just off.
So I tuned in. I slowed down.
I measured myself on the bioresonance scanner and guess what it showed?
High inflammation. High acidity. Imbalance in the gut.
Was I surprised?
Not really.
Because when the body is inflamed, tired, or acidic, it’s usually trying to tell us something deeper:
• Maybe our nervous system is stressed
• Maybe our gut is overworked (microparasites, bacteria, toxins)
• Maybe we just need to rest and reset a little
What is inflammation really?
It’s your body’s alarm system.
A natural healing response, until it becomes chronic.
And when it does, it can lead to:
• Joint pain
• Skin issues
• Brain fog
• Digestive problems
• Fatigue
• Mood swings
What helps?
• Movement (gentle, conscious, consistent)

• And most of all… awareness. Not ignoring the signs.
