About a year and 1/2 ago, I wrote in my journal "I host successful surf & yoga retreats" over and over again until every line on the page was filled with those words. In April, I'm hosting my first women's surf and yoga retreat in the beautiful jungle which I call home, and have women from all over the states attending and booking calls with me to see what my retreats are all about. You can just do things.

If someone is not adding to your life in anyway like they may have before, cut them out. Take space, rid communication. Protecting your peace is an act of self love.

Who needs AI when you have ~real life~

When you’re living in alignment with your soul, your magnetism increases and you attract more things that are aligned. Do more of what you love.

Talking to others about the businesses that they’ve created is compelling. The energy transmitted from someone sharing about something they care so deeply about energizes me. You can tell when a person is passionate about what they’ve birthed into this world.

You can do anything you want to do if you believe in yourself hard enough.

Surf, build business, eat good, repeat.
