Btw, I think I've lost around 10-15 kilos this year so far with these simple ingredients, principally:
* Ended drinking artificially sweetened soft drinks ( not drinking sugared sodas either ).
* Eat less sweets and snacks; eat well at the regular meals instead.
* Higher vegetable proportion in my diet.
