[ forgesworn/bray ] fix: NIP-17 gift-wrap DM sending in bunker mode wrapEvent/unwrapEvent from nostr-tools require raw private key bytes, which are unavailable in NIP-46 bunker mode. Replaced with new nip17-wrap.ts that uses SigningContext interface (nip44Encrypt, nip44Decrypt, getSigningFunction) so both local-key and bunker modes work identically. Fixes dm-send failing with "expected Uint8Array, got undefined" when connected via bunker URI.
