Been thinking about free or new energy systems recently. Based on what Luke Gromen has said any energy productivity increase due to better energy tech would mean more GDP able to be produced with no extra cost. This would basically allow the existing debt to be backed by higher GDP and therfore allow existing fiat system to stick around for longer. Not sure when this happens but I think could happen v soon perhaps in 2025 or beyond as politics start to change. Some people already starting to claim access and or knowledge of it. Some thoughts on XRP.... an acquaintance of mine was asking me about it recently so Ive been going to the shitcoin rabbit hole again... Just a thought but if you go look at the 200 year USD to GPB exchange rate XRP looks a little like the USD around 1810. Pumps up then goes sideways for 50 years before dropping like a stone then eventually recovering. If XRP people are correct then current performance may not put them off. I know its a shit coin and the supply side of it and the demand side of it sucks but I also am also convinced the powers that be will not want to use BTC as a currency if they can avoid it. Dark Horde Podcast with Bret and Heather Weinstein first put me onto Covid vaccines being bonk back in late 2020 or so. They still the best at methodical scientific thinking and morally opposed to the authoritarian stance. Here they are all this time layer still providing the best thinking on this topic imo although there are several contenders... They also talk about other stuff if youre over Covid as you probabaly are.

Learning about Tabata Training just now.... gonna give it a try at the gym later today. After recently having a bad back injury which left me numb in my left leg its hard to find good cardio replacements for running and Muay Thai. Swimming is great but was lacking something on the days when I dont swim. A Tabata is a 30 second period or unit of exercise and rest that you repeat X amount of times. So, today I'll hit the boxing bag and do 8 Tabata (30 s) periods (4 mins total) of boxing. Each Tabata you do 20s of work and 10 s of rest. So, Ill punch the bag for 20s and rest 10s then go again til I do 8 times. I wont hit it real hard but more concentrating on speed and not punching so hard I hurt anything which can happen so be careful. The 20s work period is about throwing punches fast, medium strength and volume to work cardio. You could also do a similar structure on other exercise equipment or exercises. Eg a stationary bike at the gym or hill sprints near your house or work. Same structure just replace the work portion. #exercise #cardio #health #tabata #100pushups #grownostr #plebchain
