Insurance companies are signaling significant increases in their policies for 2024/2025. This will continue to crush the housing market that is already crushed. Inflation anyone?? What a way to take full advantage of it. How would you deal with a 300% or more increase in a home policy? Better think about it. Renting doesn’t fix this. Moving might depending on the country & allowable policies. 🧐
