First of all, she was turning away from the ICE agents trying to flee. If he was really bumped by the vehicle he could have moved out of the way.
Second, he shot 3 times. Two of them as the car rolled down the street.
The video in the article says “After the vehicle narrowly misses the agent” so why’s he in the hospital. Also, if he’s in the hospital someone can go see his ID him. Just saying.
