βWhen the mind, restrained by the practice of yoga, ceases to move and rests in the Self alone, then the yogi realizes the Self and is content within the Self. He is fully satisfied in the Self, rejoicing in the Self, illuminated by the Self.
The yogi, being satisfied with knowledge and realization, dwelling in the Self, remains steadfast and unshaken. He sees God within himself and is flooded with inner bliss.β
