When I went to Rythmia to drink ayahuasca last year, I was introduced to breath-work which was a big awakening in itself. Since then it’s been the biggest shift in my morning routines (it’s been shown and studied that a little bit of breathwork everyday has out performed things like yoga and meditation as far as decreasing overall stress and anxiety and boosting our overall mood.)
I’ve been teaching yoga for over a year and it’s been an honor to give the practice back that so profoundly impacted my life. After doing the breathworks, I’m like, “Wow, I would love to give this practice back to people as well.” So I flew to Sedona and got certified from Gio and his team at elemental rhythm. I wanted to give this a name for myself that I could use to spread it, a thought popped through my head a while back, “Flow Thyself”, it had a nice ring to it. Obviously we’re a big fan of Socrates statement, “Know Thyself”.
Flow thyself to me means aligning with your true nature. Flowing life force within the Self. Surrendering through the Prana, a connection to a higher Rhythm. Living more from your authentic Self, letting the divine essence move freely through you, through thy own breath.
Hence, Flow Thyself is born. Passionate about educating people (To bring what’s inside out of them) from the Latin term, through the breath, yoga, meditation, stillness, remembering who we are as multi-dimensional energetic beings. Lots of breath content will be flowing from here I’m assuming 🌬️
Homo-Luminous is upon us… 💫
