Since Vitor got blasted by anon reports, and there are obviously bots creating new accounts to post the same spam on public over and over so you can't stop it with your spam reports (each post from a different account), what's the counter to having someone create a bot that creates new accounts and spams thousands of reports against someone?
Is it just that reports only work if your friend reports someone, and random bots reporting someone is meaningless because they have no friends who would care about their reports?
