A client offered to upgrade my MS partition to Windows 11. During the process my bootloader (Grub), got messed up, and it seems unable to read all partitions, except one. Now I can't boot into Linux without using a Live USB. 🤦🏻‍♂️

A friend, that is into investing and trading, told me today that he's purchased a cold wallet because he wants to self-custody at least some of his Bitcoin. I asked him which brand. He didn't know, and that it was "the most bought with the highest rating" on Amazon. That's my first red flag, as I've heard from my Nostr feed that bad cold wallets exist. He looked it up, and he's ordered a Tangem. Since I know virtually nothing about this topic, would you recommend something else? If it's "just barely good enough", then I'll leave him be. If he's made a bad decision though, I'd like to give him some info so he can get something viable. #bitcoin
