It’s been 4 years since the first picture, if I’ve learned anything it’s that you don’t need a label. Figure out what works for you and stick to it. I went through: Keto Carnivore Keto again Animal based Carnivore Ancestral… Trying to stick to something can cause you more stress which actually pushes you back, not forwards. I think many of these are great starting points to then figure out what works, but not the end goal.
