So they can one day just go back to being left alone to raising families and living in peace.

The only logical thing Trump and America can do is surround Israel. Arrest its leadership and occupy it for 100 years and force a two state solution. While providing indefinite guarantees that there will be no more military attacks coming from there ever again.
