I'm wondering if at some point we're not starting an era where mass centralization comes to an end and non-centralized platforms are coming back for certain age and category of users. #Mastodon, #nostr, all of those seem to gain traction and some appeal. For those who were using internet and the web in the 90's and 00's knows what it were like. Of course if this happens it will be different. Don't expect a great come back of phpbb forums for example. The users we are expect more than that nowadays, but the development kits made it way faster also to provide advanced UX/UI for those new tools. My doubts still remains however for the newer generations though as they didn't experienced it ever. If we have to get this other generation outside of their massified centralization, similar alternatives will have to be provided to them. We won't get them by providing twitter-like apps when then are used to TikTok, Instagram or Snapchat. However, this not impossible to achieve, and Nostr definitely has and advantage in this. As a protocol, the display, the UX/UI are independent of the content. Therefore, the mass user generated content for a variety of platform is not a problem anymore. Pick your UI to get what you were used to, and go !

Idea of #nostr client : create a client with the UX/UI so bad it would be almost impossible to send a note, then retribute with sats those who manage to publish notes with it.
