Marinated the chicken for 12 hours w white wine, minced garlic, evoo, rosemary, oregano, paprika, bay leaf, lemon juice, Celtic salt, black pepper.
Made tzatziki using greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, minced garlic, white vinegar, evoo, white pepper, salt.
