Come one come all! It truly is a great show. I’ve volunteered for six years and will do again this year. I’m basically a Roadie - we change the set-ups between the acts so the kids can focus on performing. Three rings of non stop action. Carnival rides and food outside, parade on the last day.

Personal Fitness Challenge Day 132/365 132 pushups today.

GM ! Stopped at a coffee place in one of the cities I work in. They used to just have coffee for free will donations, earning their money from the coffee beans they sold to other shops in the area. Donated money went to local charities. No problem. Just renovated and now also sells foo-foo drinks. It’s now full of chatter and overly perfumed women. I used to enjoy the quiet and the aroma of beans roasting in the back.

Today was a great day: Visited with her Mom; Visited with my Mom; Found out that her daughter is going to be a Mom.

GM ! Someday the body tells you to sleep in. Today was one of those days
