They do not get effected by consequences of their actions so they have free reign to plan for their future control, see ahead many many steps and the things we notice today have been in the works well before they've taken effect. So, next time you're observing something the government does, think way ahead in the future and it might clear things up a bit. Remember, the governments first mission is to make sure it always exists and that means control mechanisms must be put in place in every area of life.
