I will never understand why Google will not time the releases between iOS and Android and often release things to 100% on iOS sooner.
TIL nixOS and probably the end game for setting up a new computer to everything just the way I want it. 🫣

I don't have many computing regrets. But, one of my biggest regrets is trading in my iMac Pro. It's one of the best machines I ever owned and sure it wouldn't stand tall against the m1 mac studio I upgraded it to, but boy it was just one hell of an all-in-one.

Surprised that iOS 18.2 does not make a meaningful UX change in the process of using any of the LLM tools on mobile any easier than using it on a separate app / the web.
After an update snafu, eventually had to reinstall the entire Mac OS on my studio for it to see the 15.2 update for some reason. Any veteran Mac OS folks, what can help cause a reset of the update system without requiring an entire reflash? #mac
