I love how diverse the podcast ecosystem is... look at all these apps! https://episodes.fm/1824528874
I think this is something to aspire to for Nostr. We can have diverse open permisionless social media that's also easy to use and gets widespread adoption!

I'm getting ready to launch my podcast, revolution.social, kicking off with an interview with @jack were we talk about Nostr, Cashu, and the importance of permissionless protocols.
I'm using my youtube account which i setup 19 years ago and didn't really use yet. In order to enable a few things regarding a youtube channel, it helps if i've got over 100 subscribers. So i figured, who best to help than the Nostr community.
So, please subscribe and in a couple weeks, you'll be able to see a fantastic conversation Jack and I had about where we're going and where we came from in building social media.

This is pretty neat, an open source tool for democratic decision making that doesn't push people in to arguments and factions.

There's a kind of social media inception, when you see a video of yourself when you are playing around with a new way of interacting with nostr....

I know nothing about war technology, but it seems to me that the war in Ukraine has really changed things. Are what we're seeing with the new Iran / Israel conflict a reflection of that? Two countries who don't share a border seem to be able to hit each other pretty hard and the balance of offense vs defense seems to have shifted. Before Israel was able to stop most incoming rockets, but now Iran is able to have enough get through to cause real damage.
People have speculated about swarms of drones for years, we saw that with the Ukrainian attack on the Russian airforce... It feels like maybe military tech is able to be relatively cheap and agile using consumer tech. Interesting times.
This is the most complete AI created short movie i've seen... the format works because it's not trying to get the exact same person throughout the piece.
Breaking news. As part of an effort to decriminalise drugs, New Zealand is legalising the pharmacy over the counter sale of melatonin!
I genuinely was snuggling melatonin in to the country from overseas. This is removing a stupid rule. Small victories.

Am I doing this right? 🤔
