This fact not only caused me a great inconvenience, demanding precious time to resolve the ensuing issues but also left me extremely frustrated to see my patience tested to the limit. I hope this account serves as a warning to other consumers about the importance of verifying the authenticity and the real capacity of technological products, especially in online transactions where immediate physical verification is not possible.
