My AC busted. The technician says I need a new AC and furnace. He said the price was $16,000(27 million sats). $208 per month for 15 years. If I need a furnace too, I want it to mine bitcoin, but this dude said regulations blah, blah, blah. I need a second opinion and my thinks I will burn down the house. I also ran the numbers on heatbit heaters. I can profit about 300,000 sats per month, ith 4 heatbit space heaters. Of course, I don't really plan to sell sats to pay my electricity bill, but 300k sats assumes I will. My electricity cost would he about $150(257,000 sats)more than my gas, so I might only net 40k sats per month, but it's still profitable. I also think this is somewhat off set by the fact I don't actually plan to run it as much at night and my electricity is cheaper during the day because of solar. Has anyone else run the numbers on heatbit heaters? #asknostr

At first, I decided to sell it for $9.99, but then got the idea to sell it for as little as possible, I thought that was a buck, but I guess it's $2.99. Transaction fees and zaps are about the only example I can think of where #bitcoin is used as a unit of account. Can you think of any other examples?
