Hay all. Afraid I'm not gonna be at the meetup tonight. So may not be anyone to lead but feel free to go along anyway for a chat and spend some btc.

Bitcoin Nottingham are super excited to announce our Bitcoin Football Festival. Sat 6th April 2024 at Carlton Town football club.
We've got some awesome speakers lined up including Victoria Collette Jones (author of Truth decay), Ben Arc, Coach Carbon, James and Si from Bridge2Bitcoin + lots more interest from other awesome UK bitcoiners.
The event is FREE for everyone but to manage numbers inside the venue we will be selling tickets for £5 which will get you guaranteed entry and a breakfast roll at the start of the day + tea/coffee. A ticket isn't required but entry will be first come basis with no breakfast.
The breakfast and guaranteed entry tickets will be on sale soon via Carlton town website. Watch this space for link once live. You can also sign up to our newsletter to keep updated.
Come on down for a fantastic family-friendly bitcoin focused day out, starting at 10:00 we have talks on various aspects of bitcoin aimed at people new to it.
+ We'll have a few stalls selling bitcoin merchandise. The training pitches will also be open all day for kids to have a kick around if they get bored.
After talks and an opportunity to chat/network we will provide a free buffet lunch, then at 15:00 there is a Carlton town match which we will be paying to sponsor every aspect. This means we'll have access to a room to make a 'bitcoiners lounge' for those not into football.
