I LOVE using containers in Firefox with different tabs. It's such a useful feature. It's a useful enough feature to keep me in Firefox. If it weren't for that I'd probably be on the Vivaldi browser.

So like, that media section in Amethyst. Is there a way to view the original post not just the media or to boost something I see from there? I can't figure out how. Would be cool to filter the type of media you see there too. Just videos for example.

It's been kinda difficult convincing friends to give NOSTR a legit go. Can't convince most and when I do they'll post once and that's the end of it. I'm guessing if you're already happy with your current social media experience, why change it? Most don't really care about the the whole censorship resistance aspect- yet. They might complain about annoying ads, privacy, and algorithms, but it seems like everyone is willing to put up with that too. Zaps are cool, but if they're not already into Bitcoin they don't really care about it either. Some killer new innovative feature or unique client experience in the future might do it. Something they can't get elsewhere. I might've "cried wolf" too many times too. I remember trying Ello, MeWe, than the Fediverse. After Google Plus went down me and my pals looked around for the next thing and I was the one suggesting one thing after the next. It was appreciated at first, but I bet that got annoying after a bit. They were willing to put up with the Fediverse for a while too, but there'd be times where the server would disappear and their account with it. After a third time of setting up their account they burned out on the idea.

I remember Captain Caveman from the Flintstone Kids cartoon I used to watch. Didn't realize he had a show where solved crimes with "modern" teenage girls. It's great! LOL

I feel like some sites have lost their personality a bit. Like, they all looked different with their colors and themes, than we got dark mode on sites, which was the same as the regular site's theme just darker. Not a problem, but all of a sudden the dark modes became mostly just black and the light modes eventually became just white.

It's been so hot lately! Good Lord! I'm in the dark now, because I don't want to open the curtains and let the light in. Feel like a vampire.
