ChatGPT needs a bunch of custom context toggles. Maybe 5-10 text fields that I can add some prompt context and toggle on/off with a radio button. “Do not be verbose” “State uncertainty instead of hallucinating for completeness” “Be bold when making estimates and state range bands if necessary” Stuff like this.

A few AI lawsuits are getting interesting, particularly around copyright and who owns a model that is trained on copyrighted data. 🧑‍⚖️ Back in 2016 I spent 12 months negotiating with a very well known blue chip company (market cap $210B), and I managed to persuade them to accept that my startup owned the models that we trained on their most commercially sensitive data.👩‍💼 This came with many conditions attached, but they did allow us to own these models.👨‍💻 I very much doubt such a deal would be entertained today. ☠️
