Using public-pool.io or ck pool didn’t seem decentralized enough for me. It was surprisingly easy to run my own public pool on my Umbrel and point my little miner at it. So, it’s mining blocks per my own node. Or attempting to anyway! What might I be missing? Should I be running Knots instead of Core?

I’m on a trip of a lifetime, crisscrossing China. I want to post about it only on Nostr. I came to Nostr for #Bitcoin but I feel like the platform could use more of how bitcoin can improve real life experiences!

The rising value of an asset has zero power to impoverish anyone. In this case, what it can do is lay bare the fact that fiat currency impoverishes anyone who continues to hold it. What the ECB effectively said here is that “if you don’t buy bitcoin soon and continue to hold Euros, you will continue to suffer from the depreciation of our currency and thus, become impoverished.” In other words “HFSP.” Lol.
