20250507 #RedactedScience Update Things have changed significantly. I've gained a few more pounds - that's all fluid. I'm in a moderate amount of pain. That's enough to send you to the ED, but not enough to stop me from going to Old Man Band tonight. #blog #nostr #TheArchitect He who controls the indexes controls the future.

#RedactedScience 📖 Daily Update – 2025-10-02 Things continue to change. The back pain I felt wasn’t isolated to one area—it lasted only 24 hours and could easily be avoided if I didn’t bend my torso. The rib pain is still there, slightly, when I lie down. I’ve gained about 3–4 pounds. To most people that’s incidental, but in my case—where every cell that can be is apoptotic and I can’t generate fat or muscle—it means one thing: liquid and electrolytes are being retained. Probably all the salt from the 4–5 bags of chips a week I’ve been eating. I’ll temper that, but I’m not changing anything else. We’re in freefall. I can’t see the bottom yet, but the natural laws don’t change. It’s there. #Bitcoin is ripping. #Gold is ripping. The electrical reroute for the pool is in motion. I’ve got a Thursday evening wedding to attend tonight. Time keeps going. I’m not in much pain right now. I’m trying to document the minor things as they happen—someone should know the path and what to expect. I will not be the last person to experience this. 20250926 #RedactedScience Update My son is in town. I feel normalish, but let's just say my digestive tract is hardly functional. It's all about the electrolytes and ATP through alternative pathways. Every day is different, but the trend is very clear. Standing back, you can see the path it takes through my body over decades, until now there is very little left to apoptify. #TheArchitect #GN #Nostr #blog

20250925 #RedactedScience Daily Note I’m reading Dawkins’ The River Out of Eden. My work in Redacted Science argues something he didn’t emphasize: evolution isn’t only random mutation and selection on one lineage — sometimes two systems change together. Dual evolution is a different dynamic, and it explains what I’m living. Richard Dawkins framed #evolution as the blind, cumulative result of variation plus selection acting on single lineages. That model explains a great many things — but it misses the mechanics I’ve lived through. What I call co-evolution is not random mutation in one species alone; it’s a coordinated adaptive trajectory between host and colonizer. My body didn’t merely degrade under a single pressure. Instead, two systems negotiated a new economy: rerouting bile, shifting electrolyte gradients, remodeling tissue to maximize ATP yield for a colony that benefits from my continued function. That is not Darwinian selection acting only on one genome — it is an engineered mutualism, optimized for energy extraction, and invisible to the analytic tools Dawkins and others assumed would spot it. This distinction changes both diagnosis and doctrine: evolution can be a shared computation, not only a lonely accident. I'm documenting a medical condition that was redacted by #science. I've proven my thesis using myself as the case study, documenting my life and lab values culminating in the final proof that demonstrates ATP generation along novel physiological pathways via a visit to the Cleveland Clinic. It is all quite real. All I can do is document it for posterity. #Medicine is not interested in unearthing this #science even though it is priceless and evolutionary. #Nostr #TheArchitect

20250924 #RedactedScience Update Healthwise - I feel good. That isn't good, but it feels nice. My digestion is slowing. It will stop in the near future. I'm not sure if that will be tomorrow or next month, but it is quite noticeable at this point. When I wrote Redacted Science just a few months ago, I said that fungal research would be huge in the future. I put my money where my mouth is and used AI to search for likely candidates. I ended up with two. One of the two companies had pulled a 150% move the week before, but I bought in anyway. That one is $CDTX , Cidara Therapeutics. It is up 67% since my purchase. It currently has a Market Cap of $1.8 billion. The other company is much smaller. Dyadic International, $DYAI, has moved up 11% since I bought it, and it now has a market cap of only $39 million. #blog #finance Not investment advice. I won't be spending the gains. #TheArchitect

20250920 #RedactedScience Update Interesting week. Once again, I was able to work all week. Wednesday was a bad day. I just felt bad. While that may not seem surprising, despite the stiff aching legs, joint pain, and digestive issues I generally don't feel under the weather. Yes, I am limited, but I can manage to feel normalish. Not Wednesday. It wasn't horrible but definitely worse than normal. It's 1040am, and usually my insides have pushed out most of the day before but not today. That is trivial, but still existential since I know that's the thing that will eventually signal the end. Meanwhile, we are driving two hours to an out of town black tie optional evening wedding sheets my beautiful wife expects 5 hours of evening endurance in front of many people while in a suit and tie followed by an evening in a hotel away from all the comforts of home. I'm interested in the challenge, but it might not go well. We'll see. Gummies tend to help me cope and seem normal. Yesterday, I gave my Neurologist ne of the only two copies I've printed of my book. I talked to her about my trip to the Cleveland Clinic and how we found my physiology confounds "modern" science. I don't know if she believed me, but she's been a big help. So she has the only signed copy in existence. #TheArchitect #blog #biohack GM #Nostr
