For a lot of the questions in the world already, no new research is required. We know the answers. But it’s lost, ignored, suppressed and/or forgotten. Or over complicated to a point where simple truths are missed. What can be frustrating to many is when science does have the answer on a subject but it’s not what people want to hear and nobody is incentivized to listen.

Our time on this world is sacred. We don’t always control what we need or can do with it every day. Instead of thinking about the dream to 100% control your time I also think another question is when you do have to use your time to do something you don’t want to do or feel like doing, are you making the right trade offs for your future? Our you exchanging this suffering for something meaningful and lasting? Can you trust your present day work will matter in the future or be inflated away? Or are you trading your time instead fleeting pleasure which cannot be captured. Or meaningless efforts which will forever be untouched, unopened, unnoticed or could be deleted by anyone. How many things in this world are the same as the logic of Gatorade being fed to plants in idiocracy.. it’s what plants crave! Of course. Why question it? I would say more and more than people realize. First example coming across today in the field of nutrition. FDA mandates children should drink processed, factory made vegetable oils in their formula or it’s illegal to sell. Raw milk allowed for babies though and outlawed for adults? Societal madness. It’s hard to change people’s minds but it makes me sad the next generation is being fed pure garbage.
