In my opinion there are 2 main reasons why hashrate is going up. (Rather than miners knowing something we don't and realizing inevitability of bitcoin) #1 Many miners had ordered ASICs in the middle of bull run with long waiting times. Now slowly plugging in hardware they just received which was ordered long time ago. #2 Some miners are using much better prices for which you can get ASIC these days compared to prices 2 years ago. Thoughts?
