I've given the Fountain podcast app a try a few times (including the 1.0 new release) and there are still a few things that hold me back from switching over. My current podcast app of choice is AntennaPod and I run GrapheneOS for what it's worth. 1. No ability to scrub forward or backwards from lockscreen. 2. "Skip silence" mode seems to be enabled by default regardless of playback speed. There is no option to turn this on or off (this is probably a bug). 3. Can't set the default page on open. Would be great to set it to library, or even go straight to latest episodes, as an example. 4. Would be great to have the option to show podcast thumbnails, rather than specific episode thumbnails when viewing the library. Makes it easier to tell what's what at a glance. 5. It's not open source - I know this isn't a real complaint and the Fountain team know how to run their business. This is personal preference especially given it's build around Bitcoin/LN. It's a great player otherwise. Maybe someone will find the feedback helpful.

What is considered best practice when selecting relays these days? I must admit that I've only ever used free relays, which I chose from browsing nostr.watch I don't see many bots (presumably Primal and Amethyst are filtering out the noise). I feel like this approach has served me well but no doubt it can be optimised. Appreciate any suggestions (paid relays included).
