As most freedom tech projects are maintained by hobbyist developers it comes with no surprise to find that the average UX sucks (Zapstore is no exception). We need more *products* with freedom tech. More teams. More funding.

Even with the help of agentic coding, I'm quite stuck with a feature of the new Zapstore app. Or should I say, because of agentic coding? This particular issue requires me to think deeply about something it can't solve - but I have been progressively more disconnected from my code, so fixing it feels harder. Or I'm getting too old for this? I may be falling out of love with code.
