I dropped in on a half pipe when I was 16. I fell and did a split. Because it had been a while since i dropped in on on a ramp and i leaned back. Never lean back. I ripped something in one of my legs. I couldn't squat for years. When I joined the army it hurt so bad in basic training when the drill Sargent said "take a knee" but I pushed through it. For years I had pain in that leg. Pain is gone but so is flexibility. I still cant do a proper squat after years of trying.

There is a huge library of Classical Chinese text that is not translated. Some topics I have asked native Chinese to help me understand but they cant. Its to hard for them. Apparently Chinese even only 300 years old is to hard for most native Chinese. Im very interested in ancient manchurian Shamanism. Maybe Mongolian Shamanism too. If anybody is trained in classical Chinese could help me understand some ancient text that would really help me out Thx.
