I was using hard working days in the garden as an excuse to eat garbage food. “There is no time” “I need to work, not cook” “I deserve this after a long day” Truth is, my body was really craving bad some junk food. I am trying to improve myself. Today I decided to slow down a bit but staying true at the same time. So now I cook a steak under the Sun. I can feel it in my bones that it wouldn’t be the best steak in my life - it’s too windy out there, effectively not allowing me to reach the desired temperature in the pan, but I will not feel guilty after this meal.
