I am fasting after a long break. My last fast was months ago and to be honest, my diet habits were bad these past months so I gained weight againg. So I eventually got to a point that even my mind craved it hard. That’s why I know it’s going to be easy. Currently aiming for two full days but we’ll see, maybe I’ll have the same attitude nearing the end and I will persevere longer. Every time in the past, good fast was a great stating point to achieve great things in my life and diet, so I hope it will happen again.
