Important note!
You cannot create a Twitter account from a VPN server.
Do NOT create a Twitter account from your computer using your real IP address!
Please do always remember that you want to create an anonymous account.
Do not compromise on your privacy and add your real IP address, a telephone number with registration, or email address with KYC data.
Make a break, be patient, take your time and think about a good user name that does not reveal anything of your real identity.
But please remember, if you want to use Twitter, a “real” name is better than an imaginary username like “Iloveprivacy” etc.
Create an Anonymous Twitter Account
Go to a bar, or hotel, or cafe, or library, or other public places with open WiFi.
Open the website Twitter.com.
The Twitter.com website.
Click Sign up.
The Join Twitter today window.
Click Create account in the Join Twitter today window.
The Create your account window.
Fill in your user details in the Create your account window.
Create your Twitter account window with Username John Doe filled in.
The more specific you become in your username, the more data you publish about yourself.
If you use your birthday written backwards (e.g. 26.12.1983), make sure that it is not your real birthday.
Use your anonymous email address.
Use a birthday you can remember (not your own).
Click Next.
The Customize your experience window.
Do not click any option in the Customize your experience window.
The Create your account window with filled in user data.
Click Sign up in the Create your account window.
Your new Twitter account is being created.

How to create an anonymous Twitter account: 
Privacy comes with some restrictions and sometimes need effort to get a satisfying user experience.
Remember that you want maximum privacy with the least restrictions.
You do not want anybody to hinder your free speech or filter content “for you”.
The standard Twitter settings filter content, for example you cannot see double tweets or sensitive content.
What is sensitive content? Twitter decides for you aka filters what you see and what you don’t see.
To have a maximum Twitter experience, customize your Twitter settings.
Log into your Twitter account.
Click More.
Click Settings and Support.
Click Settings and privacy.
Click Privacy and safety.
Click Audience and tagging.
Click Photo tagging.
Turn off photo tagging.
Go to Settings and privacy, Privacy and safety.
Click Content you see.
Enable Display media that may contain sensitive content.
Click search settings.
Disable Hide sensitive content
To receive all tweets from other Twitter users, turn off the quality filter:
Go to Settings
Go to Filters
Disable quality filter.
Quality filter, when turned on, filters lower-quality content from your notifications, for example, duplicate Tweets or content that appears to be automated — it does not filter notifications from people you follow or accounts you’ve recently interacted with. You have the option to turn this on or off in your notifications settings. (Instructions listed below.)
To set filters on twitter.com:
Go to your Notifications timeline.
To filter your notifications, click on Settings.
Click on Advanced filters.
Check the box of your preferred filter(s) to turn on.
To set filters using Twitter for iOS:
Go to your Notifications timeline
Tap on the gear icon
Tap Advanced filters.
Drag the slider next to your preferred filter(s) to turn on.
To set filters using Twitter for Android:
Go to your Notifications timeline
Tap on the gear icon
Tap Advanced filters.Check the box of your preferred filter(s) to turn on.

What Happens if the US Defaults on its Debt?

On January 19, 2023, the U.S. federal government hit its $31.38 trillion debt ceiling and has since been unable to borrow more money. To get by, the U.S. Treasury has resorted to “extraordinary measures” (including redeeming investments from government pension funds) to continue funding its operations.
Unfortunately, these extraordinary measures are dwindling. As U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen recently noted, unless Congress raises (or suspends) the debt limit, the U.S. government may run out of money as early as June 1.

"The Department of Justice is targeting crypto exchanges along with the “mixers and tumblers” that obscure the trail of transactions, said Eun Young Choi, who was appointed director of the agency’s national cryptocurrency enforcement team last year."
"The DoJ is targeting companies that commit crimes themselves or allow them to happen, such as enabling money laundering, she said."
“But on top of that, they’re allowing for all the other criminal actors to easily profit from their crimes and cash out in ways that are obviously problematic to us,” she added.
"The focus on platforms would “send a deterrent message” to businesses that are skirting anti-money laundering or client identification rules, and who were not investing in solid compliance and risk mitigation procedures.
"The DoJ’s crypto unit aims to bring more enforcement actions targeting investment scams, as the volume of funds lost to such schemes has ballooned from approximately $900mn in 2021 to more than $2.5bn last year, according to victims’ reports to the FBI."
"Choi highlighted “pig butchering” schemes, which are named after a Chinese phrase referencing fattening pigs for slaughter, and involve scammers building relationships with victims over the long term."
"The DoJ is also focusing on thefts and hacks involving decentralised finance, or DeFi, Choi said, particularly “chain bridges”, where users can exchange different types of digital tokens, or nascent projects with codes that are vulnerable to these attacks."
