Strike has an acceptable use policy that states that this is not allowed. Although this document is from 2022, has anything changed? Sites like OnlyFans and Chaturbate allow people to make a living through sex work, which is a valid occupation, but they are constantly bullied by payment processors charging high fees or forcing stringent rules upon them which basically neuter the point of these websites. Considering the finality of the Lightning Network, there are no charge back risks which are common for adult services, this provides a clear advantage for these websites to choose Strike as their payment processor, but more clarity is needed if this is allowed.
