At this point I’m not asking for more experiments or workarounds. I’d simply like one of two outcomes: Activate Premium on this account manually, based on the payment you’ve already received, or Refund this specific payment. I’m happy to forward the receipt and any details you need in DM. I’ve been supporting Nostr and Primal from very early on, and I’m happy to keep doing so – but I also expect a basic level of reliability and support when a paid service fails.
