Here’s the truth nobody wants to say: You’re running out of time. Not someday. Not “later.” Right now. People waste decades acting like life is a rehearsal. It’s not. This is it. A new month tends to carry a lot of expectation.   People name what they want it to bring. More momentum. More money. More clarity. A shift they can feel.   Nothing wrong with that.   But most of what people are hoping for in a new month is usually the result of what was already in motion before it started.   The conversations that were followed up. The decisions that were made without hesitation. The work that was done when there was no signal yet.   Months do not introduce change as often as they reveal it.   You usually find out what you have been building all along.
