Cold Spells in Havana? I just finished a case review with an organization specializing in DEW victims/Havana Syndrome. They asked if I felt cold, one symptom I've not read much online about. Last night was the worst I have experienced, 75° in the house and I was fully dressed, cocooned under the blankets shivering from head to toe for hours. It's a bone chilling cold that almost seems to come from within you, along with the dizzy, stunned feeling and mental confusion that usually accompanies attacks. I have also experienced the circulation issues they mentioned, loss of feeling and circulation in extremities, dark splotchy skin patterns from blood pooling in certain places under the skin. My legs from the hips down have been hurting for at least three years, and the worst is often in the morning when I wake up. Sometimes I take showers just to try to raise my core temperature. I do a lot of body work on myself to restore circulation and warmth to my legs and feet. If you are suffering, don't stay silent. Godspeed, stay true.

Last year, around this time, I came home from a trip to find that my chickens had been brutaly murdered and my backyard trashed. Blood, sweat, and tears went into building my tiny oasis of light, and all of it was destroyed. Now I stand here today, with the first egg of my new flock in a new place. It's a new day, and it's beautiful.

On the roof of a building. Small propeller plane has made five very low passes over us in fifteen minutes. As soon as they pass, they climb back up high to make their way around for another. It has been almost thirty minutes since the blue car pulled up to this gas station. At least twenty since she went in the store and came back. Shr is still sitting there. Every day, everywhere we go, they show up. They sit and stare, or film, or fry us with the beam.
