here is my doomscrolling routine, depending on what level of bored i am
level 0: check phone notifications
level 1: scroll nostr (all follows)
level 2: scroll nostr polls or lemmy followed communities
level 3 (ultra bored): scroll mastodon follows, scroll nostr (global/popular)
legendary boredom level: scroll lemmy all communities, scroll mastodon (global), actually go do something productive
