Rules for thee, not for me

Thomas Massie (R-KY @RepThomasMassie) recently offered an Amendment to REVERSE the ability of the U.S. Govt to use propaganda on U.S. citizens. Speaker Mike Johnson BLOCKED the vote on it. "The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act (part of 2013 NDAA) repealed the prohibition that kept the U.S. government from using propaganda on U.S. citizens."

Fuck your feelings. But my feelings are precious. Violence is never ok. But people I don't like should die. Free speech is when I can say what I want without consequences. But your words have consequences. You should respect the dead. But I can mock them. Cancel culture is wrong. Except when it's used on people I disagree with with. When you do it, it's wrong. When I do it, it's right.

The CIA didn't stop it. The FBI didn't stop it. The NSA didn't stop it. The DHS didn't stop it. Local law enforcement didn't stop it. So why the hell are they scraping our social media, scanning our faces, and building the most invasive surveillance architecture ever created?

The ammo used was stamped “TRN” because it was manufactured by the bullet manufacture Turan. And a MAGA saw the “TRN” stamp, and apparently thinks about trans people all day every day, and so that’s what they ran with for half a day.
