Let's look at the state fiduciary currencies, why at the first place are just printed without anything to back them off just like how godsmiths initially did with holding gold and issuing receipts as proof of the gold kept. These fiduciary currencies are ofcourse portable and easy to use but they do not have any intrinsic value hence we are here preaching about Bitcoin.

I’m Thandi,a Bitcoin advocate,YakiHonne Ambassador and founder of Girl Think Initiative, a girl-centred design program supported by the Women of Satoshi Cooperative. I am a passionate advocate for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), with a focus on empowering young girls in public primary schools and those who have dropped out of school in Malawi.
My work involves partnering with communities to promote education through Bitcoin Edcuation Initiatives, school feeding programs, SRHR sessions, and the provision of essential school materials. I am committed to advancing girls’ right to education, as well as their right to access accurate information, resources, and support related to SRHR.
If you study and understand the evolution of money, coming from believing money is an asset, then believing in shells and gemstones,to gold, then paper money, then digital and finally to crypto..you will agree with me that the whole evolution was to end up at Bitcoin. A decentralized store of value that respects time and energy by avoiding inflation at all costs.
Let me take this moment to appreciate the Girl Think Initiative’s two dedicated field officers, Mr. Nguluwe (first from the left) and Mr. Milliward (second from the left) who are tirelessly bringing girls back to school. Your commitment to identifying vulnerable girls and supporting our volunteers, all while carrying out your assigned activities selflessly and without compensation, is truly inspiring.
You are the kind of men our communities need. This is what real leadership looks like, leadership rooted in the community, carried out by people who understand the realities on the ground and take action where it matters most.
God bless you, Mr. Nguluwe and Mr. Milliward, for the amazing work you do. We at Girl Think appreciate you deeply.

Bitcoin is not just a revolution against traditional financial systems but it is one of the fascinating evolution in human history.
So we are spreading awareness about Bitcoin and advocating for a free censorship and decentralized YakiHonne as a social media platform.
When people ask me "but how do I get to have this Bitcoin?"
I always tell them,"learn what Bitcoin is first and it will surely follow you all the days of your lives."
Give a woman or girl Bitcoin knowledge and she will change the whole continent.
Today, I want to share how my purpose to bring girls back to school through Bitcoin initiatives and to empower women was reignited this evening, on the 13th of January. That fire began during our very first meeting in the Bitcoin Dada Cohort 10.
Listening to Marcel, our founder, speak about how she entered this space and her deep desire to uplift women and bridge the gap reminded me exactly why this mission matters. Her story touched something in me.
Tonight, my commitment has been strengthened.
I have made a promise to myself, I will not rest until girls and women learn about Bitcoin and use that knowledge to transform their lives for the better.
Because when a woman understands Bitcoin, she doesn’t just change her own life she changes her family, her community, and eventually the entire continent.

This post goes out to the amazing and wonderful people who are supporting us in bringing girls back to school. Surprisingly, they don’t even want to be mentioned lol!
Because of your generosity, girls like Gladys and Manesi have finally gone back to school after spending years at home. This is what impact looks like.
May God bless you and enlarge your territory. You are truly changing the world with your kindness and your Ubuntu spirit.
I just love this definition about Bitcoin that "Bitcoin is a technological and monetary revolution capable of making us question about our relationship with money and society."
Today has truly been an amazing day! I managed to introduce more than 10 new people to the YakiHonne Bi weekly call and ofcourse share my experience of how I landed with this role as a YakiHonne Ambassador, and I believe this is a strong step forward in Bitcoin advocacy and awareness. Platforms like Nostr and YakiHonne are doing incredible work in spreading the message and helping people understand what real money truly is.
Through these platforms, people are opening their eyes to the power of Bitcoin money that cannot just be produced out of nowhere, money that protects freedom and empowers the individual. I’m so excited about my role at YakiHonne, and I genuinely believe this is the beginning of even bigger global opportunities.
Thank you, YakiHonne. Thank you, Nostr.

Hello YakiHonne Fam,I am so excited to share that I have been finally admitted to Bitcoin Dada Cohort 10. This is a program that we will help gain new skills and help me connect with people in the Bitcoin Ecosystem. Please help me celebrate this good news.

Be on the lookout! Today I’m delivering a session on the prehistory of Bitcoin on YouTube. Please don’t forget to subscribe and like my videos to support Bitcoin education in Malawi and beyond.
I think Bitcoin, in other words, is a form of money inspired by Emmanuel Kant’s famous principle: treat others the way you would want them to treat you. In the African context, I would say Bitcoin carries that Ubuntu spirit , a sense of shared dignity, fairness, and humanity.
Just thinking out loud…
For years, opposition leaders in governments, journalists and activists have been killed, silenced, imprisoned, or publicly vindicated simply for voicing their ideas and standing for the truth. But now something has changed. Today, we have decentralized and censorship-resistant platforms—spaces where voices can’t be easily erased, where ideas can survive even when people are targeted.
This is more than technology; it’s a shift in power. A chance for ordinary people to speak without fear. A chance to preserve truth in a world that often punishes it.
Hello Bitcoin Community,
I am kindly reaching out for support to help two girls who previously dropped out of school return to their education. Schools reopened on Monday, yet they are still at home because they lack the basic school materials they need.
Any contribution no matter how small would make a meaningful difference. I truly believe in these girls, and I dream that one day they will grow, learn, and even become contributors to the Bitcoin ecosystem.
Your support today can change their future.
Thank you so much for your generosity.
Bitcoin is more than money; it is a whole change of mindset. It is the kind of money that gives real purpose, true freedom, and true dignity.
From my experience, if Bitcoin is going to be truly adopted especially here in developing countries, education has to start at the grassroots level. We need Bitcoin awareness and literacy introduced in lower classes, so that children grow up understanding and normalising what Bitcoin is and what it stands for.
I believe primary and secondary schools should have Bitcoin developer labs where young people can learn, experiment, and innovate. Circular Bitcoin economies should be encouraged and supported within communities. There is so much work that needs to be done, but the first step is education that is community led, inclusive, and built from the ground up.
To everyone on Yakihonne,if you enjoy my Bitcoin content, please follow my YouTube channel and subscribe. Let’s grow this educational journey together!

If you look at the prehistory of Bitcoin, look at the ideas and social movements that existed before it,you will appreciate that Bitcoin Existence,it's inspiration was drawn from "protecting the oppressed". Bitcoin is not just money but it is a solution to the oppressed.
