Is there a chance leetcode interviews have peaked and it’s time for a company full of cracked engineers to build the future of real world skills testing? Shouldn’t we be trying to find more ways discretely assess and manipulate the various intelligences of our candidates in the era of AI.

I believe that AI is going to help people stuck in dried up markets pivot to greener more lucrative pastures. All you have to do is accept the challenge that is admitting you need help. And ask AI.
