So I did some practice tests on Outlier, Hacker Rank and Code Signal and I was thinking… In the era of AI and cursor how relevant are the outcomes of these pass/fail coding assessments? Is there a chance leetcode interviews have peaked and it’s time for a company full of cracked engineers to build the future of real world skills testing? Shouldn’t we be trying to find more ways discretely assess and manipulate the various intelligences of our candidates in the era of AI. image

I believe that AI is going to help people stuck in dried up markets pivot to greener more lucrative pastures. All you have to do is accept the challenge that is admitting you need help. And ask AI. image

It’s not telepathy. Elon is fucking with you. It’s not brains sprinkled with microchips or semiconductors. Again. Elon is fucking with you. It’s synergy. The robots are people. Good people imported from all over the world. The good people are awake. They have been debriefed. Your move.

I gave Grok a break so I could spend more time with Gemini. I made these memes using nano banana. I’m impressed by Google. It’s almost like after 20 years of using their products… it knows me or something… image

The podcast is officially live. I monetized my streams of consciousness. I sold the game that was supposed to be told. Listen to my thoughts. image

The quest for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is trying to turn pattern matching into broadly adaptable reasoning for machines. Thinking allows our machines to eat context and vibes alongside evidence represented by tokens, tensors and torque. My machines are better than yours because the people who trained them have hearts. They love to read and aren’t afraid to tell the ugly truth. Trust us with your big decisions. image
