No nation should invade another, not Russia, not Israel, not the USA.
Article 2(4) of the UN Charter: This is the "cornerstone" of international law. It strictly prohibits the "use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state." A cross-border raid into a capital city (Caracas) to seize a leader is a direct violation of this article

It gets worse! USA now saying it will run Venezuela from now on.
So this is literally USA staging a military takeover of another country.
I certainly hope the EU can put the same sanctions on the US for attacking Venezuela as they did on Russia for attacking Ukraine. This is indefensible.

Trump is appalling, anyone of us who used this sort of language at work would be fired... Why is it ok for him to be so disgusting?

Boris Johnson rejecting latest findings from COVID inquiry is very much why the inquiry is finding so much that incriminates Johnson.
His refusal to accept expert opinion is one of the reasons the handling of COVID was so utterly appalling in UK.
