Found my old #ledger hw.1 that I lost a while back in a move. Only to discover that ledger discontinued the app that it needs. Ugh. This is before I knew about seed phrases. Oh well.. Tick tock.

GM #nostr It's a rainy day here this morning but the allure of coffee is too great to ignore. Question for all the fitness gym rats on here. Started back at the weight room yesterday and my body is sore. What do you all recommend for post workout to avoid some of the soreness the following day?
