Effortless Sleep I woke up in the night to go for a pee. Drank a large protein shake before bed which wasn't a great idea - went through me rather quickly. Anyway, less detail of my bodily functions and more breakthrough. I was sleeping super well. When I came back from the bathroom I lay down and thought to myself "Oohhh perfect, now I can go back to sleep in this super comfy position." And then it happened. As I lay there my mind clicked on and started to run guilt mode. "I should be doing this, I should have done that" etc etc. Now I watched this very closely, being careful not to get caught into my mind - feeding it. I needed to understand the thought I'd had. Which hamster wheel had got triggered? I realised it was Support/Let Down.🐹 🛞 Can you see that? I was looking after myself all snuggled up... doing something just for me... support. Then the wheel started spinning bringing up the opposite word - let down. This is how the mind works. The wheels are like trip wires in particular areas. I had tripped mine. I kept watching the guilt and wheel as of course it woke me up and made me lie there ruminating. I was stunned at how easily it had activated just by doing something small for myself. But this is how it is. And in understanding it I could go to the creator of the script and comfort him. Soon after I calmed down and drifted off to sleep. Effortless sleep. If you want to understand your trip wires - all five of them - grab the book: Rob image

You don't need to know why you're on the wheel. You just need to see it spinning. The seeing is the work. Everything else is commentary/ shitcoinery. image

Special reconnaissance Spoke with someone yesterday about the hamster wheels and their experience of using this framework to debug limiting behaviours. Actually using the word limiting isn't really doing it justice - they completely sabotage your life and you get Rekt. It's like calling a termite infestation in a house a limitation on the house… doesn't really work right? It was a great conversation and I guided him a little on spotting the wheels… and then I heard the trap. He said "I just want to become the best version of myself" I immediately saw the danger in that thought and quickly pointed it out. Now I know that everyone wants "to become" the best version of themselves but the thought is a script that will run forever - what makes it have that energy to keep going? … "feeling like you are not enough and that best version always needs to be in the future and something you are never going to get or never be satisfied with… it's a trap that will always spin up something to make you think the opposite." The script is a defence mechanism that feeds off of you to keep you "SAFE". This is a hard level to be watching, but if you see how dangerous this script is you will at all costs watch out for it. This is elite level work and some people don't want to take responsibility like this, they can go back to playing with self help or spirituality, but if you're serious about changing, then you're in the right place. This is Special reconnaissance - Recce or recon. In military jargon, reconnaissance is abbreviated to recce (in British, Canadian, Australian English) and to recon (in American English), both derived from the root word reconnoitre / reconnoitering. Let's get to it. Rob (no ai used) image

A system reboot in 30 seconds If you need to get out of a funk, try a cold shower. Here's what happens: All your cells tense and then un-tense. You don't have to think about it - it instantly happens. It's like a system reboot. In terms of physical intelligence, your body does the work for you. You can also do a brisk walk in the morning or a workout, but a cold shower seems to last much longer. The dopamine response is incredible. Give it a go - especially if you're on the left of the wheel. When you're stuck on the left, you lack tension and energy. The cold forces the tension your system is missing. Rob P.S. Grab the book if you want to understand which side of the wheel you're running: image

I do this daily. Move with my breath, inhaling as I rise, exhaling as I lower. It's a work-in exercise that builds internal electrical charge, chi. As I breathe in, my cells tense. As I breathe out, they release. I do this on my balcony in the sun. I also combine it with earthing. Bare feet on the ground, connecting to the planet's charge. "You are a bioelectric being, and you need connection with your natural electric source — the Earth's electric energy. It establishes the most natural state of your electric body. It nourishes every cell." - Clint Ober We are batteries that need charging. And that's not only from food. image

Mind mastery comes from understanding not control. A mind controlled makes for “uncontrolled” surprises.

The fatal coding flaw that stops left-siders (hamster wheel) becoming successful. I had a session yesterday with a young client who wants to become a pro footballer. Within minutes I could see his coding. The fatal flaw that would sabotage him. When I showed him the hamster wheel his eyes popped. He could see it running real time as he thought about increasing his training. If you're on the left side of the wheel you want to support yourself. Be valuable. Achieve. But your coding will sabotage this every time. Computer says no. This is why left-siders self-sabotage. Why they're not consistent. Why they work hard for weeks then mysteriously stop. I should know. I experienced this throughout my life in sport. I wish I had known this in my teens. It took me 30 years to solve this puzzle. I go into detail in this video. #hamsterwheels #bitcoin #plebchain #asknostr #health #mindset
