I received an email asking me a question about energetics and whether I still use it. image I like to reply to everyone when I receive a question so please ask away. Here's what I told them: ----- I've kept the energy healing work quiet for over a decade now. I don't like to blow my own trumpet and keep my work quite private. I'm paid by some high net worth individuals on a retainer to keep them functioning optimally and stop them getting sick - so I don't really need to promote my work. But I think I need to talk about it more. Not because I need more clients. But because people who learned this method years ago might have lost touch with it. And more people need to know about it. I'm still doing it. Still getting incredible results. Still teaching it. Here's what changed about 5 years ago: I started noticing something I couldn't ignore. I could clear energy blockages around money, relationships, career - and clients would feel instant relief. Sometimes dramatic shifts. But about 20% would come back 6-12 months later with the SAME pattern resurfacing. That bothered me massively. I had the energetic tools to erase symptoms brilliantly. But I couldn't explain WHY some patterns kept reasserting themselves. Then I discovered the hamster wheels. Turns out, these five binary patterns (Gain/Loss, Able/Unable, Right/Wrong, Support/Let Down, Attention/Ignore) are the script creating many of the energetic blockages. When I can identify the pattern AND clear the energetic pathway, the results stick better. Real example from last week: Client had chronic neck tension. Energetically weak in sacrum & coccyx. Strengthened those areas - neck tension released instantly. That's often enough. Sometimes I'll also map which pattern might be driving it so they can watch for it. Sometimes just the energetic clearing is all that's needed. If you want to work with me directly: I still do 1-on-1 sessions using just energetics. I also do just hamster wheel mapping. Plus combo sessions. Whatever serves you best. I also do email sessions where you write to me and I work on the words - this is incredibly powerful and gets amazing results. I can also work on your sons, daughters, mothers, fathers who don't even need to know. DM for info If you want to learn the energetic method yourself: I've got the full Oslo training systematised in the EnergeticsOS course now. Everything I taught back then, refined with 10 more years of experience. You can strengthen and delete on yourself, your family, your clients - whenever you need it: DM me for info Both methods work. Sometimes one is enough. Sometimes integration serves better. Depends on the person and the pattern. Rob P.S. The energetics still create the fastest physical shifts I've seen. Whether you add the pattern work or not is entirely up to you and what you need.

You learn as a kid: there's a correct way to be. Deviation equals danger. Im still freeing myself from this in my 50's tbh. I watched this video today (see below) about how every civilisation thinks they've finally got THE truth... I love it because its from a bygone era and so holds more truth than some of the clickbait junk going around today. Burn witches? Made perfect sense then. Earth goes round the sun? Heresy. Angels on pinheads? Serious intellectual debate. We look back and think they were idiots. But here's what hit me - we're doing the exact same thing right now. We just can't see it because we're inside it. ----- I realise Im attracting this topic into my life as @Seb Bunney posts an excellent article yesterday touching this same topic. He's been wrestling with this exact pattern - questioning what we're told about space and motion. His article is a perfect example of stepping off the wheel: @Daniel Prince sends me a message earlier mentioning the Plasma work by Robert Temple... really questioning the narrative.😂 ---- Getting back to the video... The narrator says something that connected straight to what I've been mapping for years: "We can only handle one way of seeing things at a time." This is it. This is why the Right/Wrong wheel is so powerful. You learn as a kid: there's a correct way to be. Deviation equals danger. Your parents had their version of correct. Their parents had theirs. The culture has its version. Science has its version. Politics has its version. Each one punishes deviation: Disagree with church? Heretic. Disagree with science? Charlatan. Disagree with politics? Revolutionary. Don't fit the education system? Failure. You absorbed all of this. Now your Right/Wrong wheel runs 24/7, scanning for what's wrong, needing to be right, terrified of being incorrect. The culture's wheel became your wheel. What's wild about this: Player mode = trapped inside one version of reality, defending it like your survival depends on it. Admin mode = able to see multiple versions simultaneously without needing any of them to be THE truth. This is key - to be neutral. (Emotions = faulty beliefs) When you step into admin mode, you can observe: The version your 4-year-old self created The version your culture reinforced The version you're running now And the option to step off entirely You're not rejecting your reality. You're recognising it's one possibility, not the only possibility. The wheel promises: "If I can figure out the correct way, I'll be safe." But there is no correct way. Just endless grinding, trying to prove you're right while terrified you're wrong. Your consciousness can only hold one framework at a time. That's not a bug - it's how we're wired. The way out isn't finding a better version of "correct." It's recognising the NEED for certainty is itself the wheel. When you can observe your Right/Wrong programming without being consumed by it - when you can hold multiple versions without defending any single one - that's when the wheel stops spinning. That's admin mode. If you want to see all five wheels and how they got installed: https://www.glitchthebook.co Rob Its obvious that every era's "permanent values" change when their knowledge changes although usually when a generation dies. Your survival code from age 4 is still running at 40 though. Same pattern. I think its time to observe it.

Walking to the shops this morning and had a cool realisation about one aspect of the hamster wheels. When one is triggered, it will make you see through it in all aspects of your life. A bit like the optician test when they slide up different lens to see through. This showed itself last night when I saw that Tom Aspinall was defending his MMA world title. His opponent eye poked him badly and the fight had to be called off. Then I saw comments criticising him as being a coward/quitter etc on social media and it triggered me. I came away from my computer feeling off and unsettled (triggered). So I accessed admin mode and observed to understand which wheel had been triggered... Right/Wrong. This has always been a strong wheel for me personally. Then I made a decision about having the air conditioning on which my wife didn't. Girls wanted it on so 3-1 won the vote. However I started getting ready for bed feeling like I'd done something wrong. The "I had done something wrong" which I could see translated as my wife taking her love from me - wrong equals unloveable and rejected. When you get better at this observation you can see more of the wheel. I caught the wheel again - Right/Wrong - and connected with little Rob understanding the reason why he created this script in early childhood. I realised the wheel had actually been on all day, so was a relief when I dissolved it and was able to sleep deeply with no guilt about the air con or anger about the fight and everything else that had accumulated in the day. Peace of mind (dissolved wheels) = good sleep = health Rob image

The Admin Mode Inner Circle - Live Debugging Sessions For the past year, people have been asking: "Can I work with you directly?" The one-to-one rate is £275/session (going to £300 in January). Most people need 6-12 sessions to debug their primary wheels. That's £1,650-3,300. So I've been thinking: How do I make live guidance accessible without burning out doing private sessions? The answer: Group debugging. Introducing The Admin Mode Inner Circle: 4 live webinars per month where I demonstrate the framework from Glitch in real-time. Here's how each session works: Every webinar includes ALL of these elements: Framework Teaching: I go deep on one aspect of the system - showing you patterns you might have missed in the book, responding to questions live, demonstrating the mechanics in real-time. Your Situations: You submit your patterns between sessions or bring them live. I demonstrate how to spot which wheel is spinning, where you're stuck (left/right side), and trace it to origin. Hot Seats: Real-time debugging. I work through specific situations with members while everyone watches - this is where the multiplier effect happens. One person's breakthrough becomes everyone's learning. (You can turn off your camera and remain anonymous if you prefer - many people do.) Integration Practice: How to catch wheels early, comfort your inner child without it being abstract, maintain admin mode in daily life. Q&A: Ask anything about your specific situation, the framework, how to apply it. Every session is different because it's based on what YOU bring. No rigid structure - just live pattern recognition and debugging as situations arise. Its Fascinating!!! Can't make it live? The recordings clear patterns just as effectively. Many members have breakthroughs just from listening to others' hot seats - even weeks after the session happened. Plus: Archive of all past sessions Private Telegram group (I'm active daily) Submit patterns between webinars for me to address Frameworks I'm developing in real-time This is for people who: Have read Glitch and want to go deeper faster Value live guidance over solo figuring-it-out Are committed to the work (not looking for quick fixes) Want community of conscious people Can invest 6 hours/month in transformation This is NOT for people who: Think reading is enough (it might be! The book is complete) Want tactics, not consciousness work Aren't ready to be seen (your wheels will be visible to others) Expect instant fixes (patterns take time to dissolve) First Cohort - 10 Spots Only: £697/year (rate locked forever) - 21% off if paid in Sats so £550 Why only 10? I'm refining this format. I want to give deep attention to each person's patterns, learn what works best in group settings, and create a tight community where everyone knows each other. Once I've proven the model with this first cohort, I'll open more spots at a higher rate. If you're one of these 10, you're locked in at £697/year forever - even as the price increases for future cohorts. Timeline compression: Book alone: 1-3 years to debug your primary wheels Book + Inner Circle: 3-12 months to debug your primary wheels Private sessions: 3-9 months but costs £1,650-3,300 Same framework. Accelerated integration. Community support. If this resonates: Reply to this email and tell me: Which hamster wheel(s) you recognise in yourself Why you'd be a good fit for the Inner Circle I'm looking for people who are committed to the work, not just curious. People who've read the book and are ready to go deeper. People who understand this is observation and integration, not quick fixes. I'll review responses and send the enrolment link to those who are the best fit. Rob P.S. The book is complete. You don't NEED the Inner Circle to do this work. But if you value speed + guidance + community, this is how you compress the timeline without paying private session rates.

If you watch, really watch, you will see how deeply conditioned we are. If you want to change something in your life, just 'watch', that is the secret. If you 'do', you will reinforce the conditioning. image

Why you can't see your own patterns (and why that's normal) Something I've noticed after 30 years doing this work: Your hamster wheels are basically invisible to you while they're spinning. Not because you're dense. Because that's literally how they're designed to work. They NEED to be invisible to keep protecting you. The same pattern that kept you safe at 4 is still running at 40. And it really doesn't want to be discovered - staying hidden is how it survives. This is why athletes need coaches, writers need editors, therapists need supervisors. You're inside your system. I'm outside it. I can see stuff you physically cannot see from where you're standing. Quick example: Last week someone was telling me about their business struggles. They kept saying "I'm trying to do everything right but I keep failing..." Me: "Stop. Which wheel just spun?" Them: "Oh shit... Right/Wrong. I didn't even catch it!" She'd been torturing herself with that pattern for THREE DAYS. Completely blind to it. One external observation: spotted in 10 seconds. The book gives you the framework to catch this yourself eventually. And you will. But having someone who can see your blind spots? That compresses months into minutes. Not a crutch. Just efficient. A question I get often: "How long until I step off my hamster wheels?" The honest answer: It depends how you do the work. Solo debugging (just you + the book): Recognise a wheel spinning Observe it for weeks Trace it to childhood Pattern gradually dissolves Timeline: Maybe months to years per wheel Guided debugging (live support + community): Recognise a wheel spinning Someone spots which side you're stuck on immediately See 2-3 other people's versions of the same wheel Pattern dissolves faster through multiple angles Timeline: Weeks to months per wheel Both work. One is faster. It took me 5 years to map the Five Hamster Wheel System because I was discovering it as I went. You have the map already. The question isn't "Can I do this alone?" (You absolutely can.) The question is: "How quickly do I want to integrate this?" The book is Glitch: glitchthebook.co Live guidance is The Admin Mode Inner Circle (4 webinars/month, telegram group, opens quarterly) Your choice. No pressure either way. Rob image

Client said something so true today and it really hit me. "It was seeing my parents with my kids that showed me how I was raised." Same here. If you see something that creates disappointment within you, in the way they are around your kids, its crucial you get to work on you. (not your parents). Its always an inside job.

The tourist who almost drowned (and what happened after I saved her)... On the beach with the girls this morning. The beach closest to me is brutally dangerous - calm one moment, then massive waves smashing in combined with rocks. You're in real trouble fast. I've pulled out multiple people from this beach. One last year with her shin snapped in half. So I'm sitting there watching tourists wander in, paying zero attention to the danger. A family starts putting their towels down and their 6-year-old girl runs straight down to the waves. I can't stay silent. My Pay Attention/Ignore wheel fires up. I warn the father. He thanks me. Twenty seconds later, waves crash in exactly where she was standing. The mother thanks me too. Perfect. Girl saved. Job done. I walk away and sit with my girls. And I'm trembling. Not from danger. From my Right/Wrong wheel spinning: "Should I have said something? Was I wrong to tell them? Did I come across as paranoid?" The wheel that just saved that girl's life was now torturing me with doubt. Then my Pay Attention wheel kicked back in. I couldn't enjoy myself anymore. Kept muttering about tourists not paying attention. Couldn't ignore them. My morning with my daughters was being consumed by obsessive pattern-watching. Here's where it gets interesting. I caught myself. Watched the wheels spinning. Both of them - the hypervigilance and the self-judgment. I observed the thoughts: "They're not paying attention. Something bad could happen. I should warn more people. But what if I'm being paranoid? What if I look crazy?" Just watched them. With compassion, not judgment. And within minutes, the wheels dissolved. Not forever - they'll spin again when there's real danger. But in that moment, the compulsive grip released. I got to enjoy the rest of the morning with my girls. The tourist family went on to have a lovely day at the beach. Everyone was fine. This is the difference between knowing about hamster wheels and actually stepping into admin mode: The same pattern that makes you brilliant in crisis doesn't have to imprison you in peace. My hypervigilance saved a life today. Then it tried to ruin my morning. But because I could observe it spinning without being consumed by it, I got to keep the benefit without the suffering. The pattern served me when I was young - spotting danger kept me safe. But now I can choose when to use it. That's not positive thinking. That's not suppressing the pattern. That's the actual mechanics of consciousness work: Observation dissolves programming. Not fighting it. Not fixing it. Just seeing it clearly enough that you're no longer run by it. If you recognise this pattern in yourself - the hypervigilance that serves you sometimes but torments you always - my book "Glitch" maps exactly how this wheel was installed and how to step outside it. It's not theory. It's what I just did on the beach this morning. Grab it here: [link in bio] Rob P.S. Little Rob created that wheel to keep me safe when I was young. It worked brilliantly. Still does when there's real danger. But he didn't know it would keep running 24/7 for the next 50 years. The dissolution came from thanking him, not fighting him. image
