The Admin Mode Inner Circle - Live Debugging Sessions
For the past year, people have been asking: "Can I work with you directly?"
The one-to-one rate is £275/session (going to £300 in January). Most people need 6-12 sessions to debug their primary wheels. That's £1,650-3,300.
So I've been thinking: How do I make live guidance accessible without burning out doing private sessions?
The answer: Group debugging.
Introducing The Admin Mode Inner Circle:
4 live webinars per month where I demonstrate the framework from Glitch in real-time.
Here's how each session works:
Every webinar includes ALL of these elements:
Framework Teaching: I go deep on one aspect of the system - showing you patterns you might have missed in the book, responding to questions live, demonstrating the mechanics in real-time.
Your Situations: You submit your patterns between sessions or bring them live. I demonstrate how to spot which wheel is spinning, where you're stuck (left/right side), and trace it to origin.
Hot Seats: Real-time debugging. I work through specific situations with members while everyone watches - this is where the multiplier effect happens. One person's breakthrough becomes everyone's learning. (You can turn off your camera and remain anonymous if you prefer - many people do.)
Integration Practice: How to catch wheels early, comfort your inner child without it being abstract, maintain admin mode in daily life.
Q&A: Ask anything about your specific situation, the framework, how to apply it.
Every session is different because it's based on what YOU bring. No rigid structure - just live pattern recognition and debugging as situations arise. Its Fascinating!!!
Can't make it live? The recordings clear patterns just as effectively. Many members have breakthroughs just from listening to others' hot seats - even weeks after the session happened.
Plus:
Archive of all past sessions
Private Telegram group (I'm active daily)
Submit patterns between webinars for me to address
Frameworks I'm developing in real-time
This is for people who:
Have read Glitch and want to go deeper faster
Value live guidance over solo figuring-it-out
Are committed to the work (not looking for quick fixes)
Want community of conscious people
Can invest 6 hours/month in transformation
This is NOT for people who:
Think reading is enough (it might be! The book is complete)
Want tactics, not consciousness work
Aren't ready to be seen (your wheels will be visible to others)
Expect instant fixes (patterns take time to dissolve)
First Cohort - 10 Spots Only:
£697/year (rate locked forever) - 21% off if paid in Sats so £550
Why only 10? I'm refining this format. I want to give deep attention to each person's patterns, learn what works best in group settings, and create a tight community where everyone knows each other.
Once I've proven the model with this first cohort, I'll open more spots at a higher rate.
If you're one of these 10, you're locked in at £697/year forever - even as the price increases for future cohorts.
Timeline compression:
Book alone: 1-3 years to debug your primary wheels
Book + Inner Circle: 3-12 months to debug your primary wheels
Private sessions: 3-9 months but costs £1,650-3,300
Same framework. Accelerated integration. Community support.
If this resonates:
Reply to this email and tell me:
Which hamster wheel(s) you recognise in yourself
Why you'd be a good fit for the Inner Circle
I'm looking for people who are committed to the work, not just curious. People who've read the book and are ready to go deeper. People who understand this is observation and integration, not quick fixes.
I'll review responses and send the enrolment link to those who are the best fit.
Rob
P.S. The book is complete. You don't NEED the Inner Circle to do this work. But if you value speed + guidance + community, this is how you compress the timeline without paying private session rates.
If you watch, really watch, you will see how deeply conditioned we are.
If you want to change something in your life, just 'watch', that is the secret.
If you 'do', you will reinforce the conditioning.

Why you can't see your own patterns (and why that's normal)
Something I've noticed after 30 years doing this work:
Your hamster wheels are basically invisible to you while they're spinning.
Not because you're dense. Because that's literally how they're designed to work. They NEED to be invisible to keep protecting you.
The same pattern that kept you safe at 4 is still running at 40. And it really doesn't want to be discovered - staying hidden is how it survives.
This is why athletes need coaches, writers need editors, therapists need supervisors.
You're inside your system. I'm outside it. I can see stuff you physically cannot see from where you're standing.
Quick example:
Last week someone was telling me about their business struggles.
They kept saying "I'm trying to do everything right but I keep failing..."
Me: "Stop. Which wheel just spun?"
Them: "Oh shit... Right/Wrong. I didn't even catch it!"
She'd been torturing herself with that pattern for THREE DAYS.
Completely blind to it.
One external observation: spotted in 10 seconds.
The book gives you the framework to catch this yourself eventually. And you will.
But having someone who can see your blind spots? That compresses months into minutes.
Not a crutch. Just efficient.
Rob
Opening up for Admin Mode Inner Circle soon

A question I get often: "How long until I step off my hamster wheels?"
The honest answer: It depends how you do the work.
Solo debugging (just you + the book):
Recognise a wheel spinning
Observe it for weeks
Trace it to childhood
Pattern gradually dissolves
Timeline: Maybe months to years per wheel
Guided debugging (live support + community):
Recognise a wheel spinning
Someone spots which side you're stuck on immediately
See 2-3 other people's versions of the same wheel
Pattern dissolves faster through multiple angles
Timeline: Weeks to months per wheel
Both work. One is faster.
It took me 5 years to map the Five Hamster Wheel System because I was discovering it as I went.
You have the map already.
The question isn't "Can I do this alone?" (You absolutely can.)
The question is: "How quickly do I want to integrate this?"
The book is Glitch: glitchthebook.co
Live guidance is The Admin Mode Inner Circle (4 webinars/month, telegram group, opens quarterly)
Your choice. No pressure either way.
Rob

Our children want to be seen for who they are, not through the expectations of their parents. ❤️
💝

Client said something so true today and it really hit me.
"It was seeing my parents with my kids that showed me how I was raised."
Same here.
If you see something that creates disappointment within you, in the way they are around your kids, its crucial you get to work on you. (not your parents).
Its always an inside job.
I wasn't ready to find the solution yet 🧐

The tourist who almost drowned (and what happened after I saved her)...
On the beach with the girls this morning.
The beach closest to me is brutally dangerous - calm one moment, then massive waves smashing in combined with rocks. You're in real trouble fast.
I've pulled out multiple people from this beach. One last year with her shin snapped in half.
So I'm sitting there watching tourists wander in, paying zero attention to the danger. A family starts putting their towels down and their 6-year-old girl runs straight down to the waves.
I can't stay silent.
My Pay Attention/Ignore wheel fires up. I warn the father. He thanks me. Twenty seconds later, waves crash in exactly where she was standing. The mother thanks me too.
Perfect. Girl saved. Job done.
I walk away and sit with my girls.
And I'm trembling.
Not from danger. From my Right/Wrong wheel spinning: "Should I have said something? Was I wrong to tell them? Did I come across as paranoid?"
The wheel that just saved that girl's life was now torturing me with doubt.
Then my Pay Attention wheel kicked back in. I couldn't enjoy myself anymore. Kept muttering about tourists not paying attention. Couldn't ignore them. My morning with my daughters was being consumed by obsessive pattern-watching.
Here's where it gets interesting.
I caught myself. Watched the wheels spinning. Both of them - the hypervigilance and the self-judgment.
I observed the thoughts: "They're not paying attention. Something bad could happen. I should warn more people. But what if I'm being paranoid? What if I look crazy?"
Just watched them. With compassion, not judgment.
And within minutes, the wheels dissolved.
Not forever - they'll spin again when there's real danger. But in that moment, the compulsive grip released.
I got to enjoy the rest of the morning with my girls. The tourist family went on to have a lovely day at the beach. Everyone was fine.
This is the difference between knowing about hamster wheels and actually stepping into admin mode:
The same pattern that makes you brilliant in crisis doesn't have to imprison you in peace.
My hypervigilance saved a life today. Then it tried to ruin my morning. But because I could observe it spinning without being consumed by it, I got to keep the benefit without the suffering.
The pattern served me when I was young - spotting danger kept me safe. But now I can choose when to use it.
That's not positive thinking. That's not suppressing the pattern. That's the actual mechanics of consciousness work:
Observation dissolves programming.
Not fighting it. Not fixing it. Just seeing it clearly enough that you're no longer run by it.
If you recognise this pattern in yourself - the hypervigilance that serves you sometimes but torments you always - my book "Glitch" maps exactly how this wheel was installed and how to step outside it.
It's not theory. It's what I just did on the beach this morning.
Grab it here: [link in bio]
Rob
P.S. Little Rob created that wheel to keep me safe when I was young. It worked brilliantly. Still does when there's real danger. But he didn't know it would keep running 24/7 for the next 50 years. The dissolution came from thanking him, not fighting him.

The father's fear that creates what he dreads...
One of my greatest pleasures is working with fathers who want to focus on themselves in relation to their children.
What do I normally find? The father is fearful that their kid will be unable in some foreseeable future.
What does their mind think is the best solution? Focus on making them the opposite - more able.
How do they do this? Some constantly tell them "you can do anything." Some push relentlessly. Some threaten. It's all to keep the kid from the left side of the wheel and push them to the right.
Here's the problem: what they're fearful of, they attract.
Constantly telling them? The child thinks "why does he keep saying that... something must be wrong with me."
Pushing them? Makes them feel unable to stop the push.
Threatening? The kid either wilts under pressure or rebels - creating exactly the "unable to control" situation the father feared.
It's inevitable based on the rules of this game called life. The road of despair is paved with good intentions.
What to do as a father then?
Be fully present. When triggered by fear, understand it's not the child in front of you - it's your inner child programmer triggered and needing comforting.
Sounds woo woo? Maybe. But it's the highest form of intelligence.
Do this or your glitchy code gets passed to your child. And so on. And so forth.
If you recognise this pattern, my book maps all five wheels that create these traps: [link]
Enjoy your weekend.
Rob
P.S. Your fear for them becomes their fear of themselves.

The best way to end something is to let it starve.
You see, conflict thrives on attention. The moment you engage, you feed it. And whatever you feed grows.
But if you simply let it be, if you withdraw your energy, it withers away. Like a fire deprived of oxygen.
The world is built on patterns, loops of cause and effect. Most people stay trapped within them, reacting endlessly, playing the same game over and over.
These loops are what I call the hamster wheels. Glitches in your code, programmed in childhood, still running you decades later.
But here's the secret: the game is rigged and you don't have to play.
Step back - into what I call admin mode - and observe the pattern without feeding it.
And the game collapses.
Step away, and new pathways unfold.
Where attention goes, energy flows.
So if you wish to move forward? Watch for the wheels. Do not return negativity.
Do not wrestle with what seeks to pull you in.
Instead, remove yourself entirely. Just witness it. Break the cycle.
This is where real power lies - not in resistance, but in observation.
You are not bound to childhood loops. You can debug them.
This robs you of reality...
Went for a nice walk in the sun today, down to a beach near me and decided to take a dip to top up my minerals.
Sitting on the beach I was thinking about what is one of the biggest aha's you can get when understanding yourself.
I thought about this until I realised I was not appreciating the beautiful sea, sun and sand but I think I've come up with one of them.
It's simply that thought is mechanical. Your thought, my thought, all humans thought is mechanical.
Therefore it is not intelligent. It's a mechanical script constantly whirring in the background of your head.
I'll leave that there… let it percolate inside of you. What does it mean for your life, desires & struggles?
Rob
P.S. I was so busy thinking about consciousness that I missed the actual moment. That's what mechanical thought does - pulls you out of what's real, robbing you of reality.

The $40 session that erased 10 years of back pain
For ten years, my back pain was getting progressively worse.
I'd crawl to the toilet every morning, using my hand on my knee to support myself as I lifted the seat. Simple tasks became excruciating.
Olympic massage therapists, chiropractors, physiotherapists around the world - nobody could identify the root cause. I even paid a renowned holistic practitioner $10,000 to either fix my back or work out why I had the problem.
He couldn't resolve it either.
Then I found Dr. Kam Yuen on YouTube.
For $40 and a brief description of my problem typed into a box on his website, he claimed he could resolve my issues remotely. I didn't believe it would work, but I thought "Why not? It's only $40."
The next morning I woke up with zero back pain.
Zero.
I got out of bed, walked to the bathroom, felt no discomfort whatsoever. I can still remember trying to trigger the pain in my apartment by twisting and turning - if anyone had been watching, they would have thought I'd lost my mind.
Later I found the email with his session recording. In less than 20 seconds, he'd identified and resolved what countless experts and thousands of dollars couldn't touch.
That was the moment everything changed for me.
For the next three years, (now 15 yrs) I became obsessed with mastering his methodology. I studied all day, every day, often dreaming about the concepts at night. I practiced constantly, developing the sensitivity to detect when something was "on" or "off" in the human system.
Here's what I discovered:
When I found the actual cause of a problem - the real weakness behind a symptom - and strengthened it, the issue would resolve instantly.
This became my gold standard: if something I did didn't create immediate, noticeable change, it probably wasn't the true diagnosis.
The results with clients:
A one-year-old girl diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver - doctors said she needed a transplant and would die within a year without it. After systematic remote sessions, her blood markers normalised.
Within a year, all scans showed her liver was completely healthy. The doctors used the word "miraculous." Today she's a healthy eight-year-old.
A UK client with 19 years of debilitating back pain despite multiple surgeries and heavy medication. After one session, he woke the next day completely pain-free for the first time in nearly two decades. Two weeks later he was playing golf again.
A client whose chronic fatigue had lasted over a year. One session. The exhaustion lifted immediately.
Here's what this work actually does:
I detect weak energy signals in your system - the energetic imbalances creating your physical pain, emotional blocks, or life issues.
Then I strengthen those weaknesses in real-time.
When your energy body is strengthened, your body's natural healing ability kicks in. You often experience immediate relief - sometimes on the spot, sometimes within hours or days.
This works remotely. I don't need to touch you or even see you. Distance doesn't matter.
What can energetics resolve?
Physical pain (back, joints, chronic conditions)
Emotional issues (anxiety, depression, stuck patterns)
Relationship dynamics that feel impossible to shift
Performance blocks (in sports, business, creativity)
Allergies and sensitivities
Sleep issues
"Mystery" symptoms doctors can't explain
The body manifests physical symptoms from non-physical causes. Your shoulder pain might be from feeling emotionally "tied up" in a relationship. Your digestive issues might be from difficulty "digesting" a traumatic experience. Your chronic fatigue might be from constantly taking on others' emotions.
The body speaks in metaphors - energetics finds and corrects what's actually creating the problem.
Its difficult to fully understand how it happens but it gets results, and thats all that matters.
Sessions are done via Zoom/phone:
I explain what I'm doing (not mysterious or woo-woo)
You'll often feel the shifts happening in real-time
I work systematically through the weaknesses I detect
Most issues resolve or significantly improve in one session
Some deeper patterns need 2-3 sessions
If you want to explore this, DM me with:
A brief description of what you want to resolve
Your timezone (for scheduling)
I'll respond within 24 hours to set up a session.
Rob
P.S. After 20+ years using energetics with thousands of clients, I've noticed patterns in why symptoms exist. I later mapped these into what I call the Five Hamster Wheels - the childhood programming creating the weaknesses in the first place. Some clients want to understand these patterns (it deepens the work), others just want the physical/emotional relief. Both approaches work. You choose what serves you.
Spend most days helping clients trapped in their hamster wheels...
This morning I had to save our hamster, Fluffy, because it had trapped its head in a door hinge.
You cant make this shit up.

You tired of catching other people's shit boomerangs?
Got an angry note on my car this morning.
"YOU'RE PARKING WRONG"
Heart racing. Anger flooding. That familiar tightness.
Right/Wrong wheel - instant activation.
But here's what I noticed: their Right/Wrong wheel triggered mine. They felt I was wrong and needed correcting. I felt attacked - "I did the wrong thing."
This is how wheels propagate. One person's programming catches yours. I caught their shit boomerang.
Years ago? This would have festered for months. Avoided neighbors. Replayed it obsessively. The wheel spinning endlessly.
Now? Two minutes of observation and I'm back with my family. Fully present. Zero residue.
Not because I "fixed" anything. Because I SAW the pattern clearly.
When you can see it, you don't have to run it.
That parking note cost my neighbor their peace. It didn't cost me mine.
That's not spiritual bypass. That's admin mode.
If you're tired of catching other people's shit boomerangs, my book maps all five wheels. Glitch The book (link in bio)
Rob
P.S. They pierced my boundaries and touched the wound inside me. Years ago, that would have meant I wasn't free. Now it just means I have the antidote.

The Universe's Backwards Protocol...
I sleep better on the floor than on an expensive bed.
My body heals faster eating animal fat - the thing we've been told will kill us.
At first, these felt like weird personal quirks. Then I started noticing a pattern.
Cold showers make you warmer. Fasting gives you energy. Working fewer hours produces better results. Admitting you're wrong makes people trust you more.
And the one that haunts me: Parents who hover over their kids in the playground - constantly warning "be careful!" - have children who get injured MORE, not less.
The very thing they're doing to prevent harm creates it.
Here's what I've observed over 30 years: Your survival programming creates the exact opposite of what it promises.
Let me show you how this maps to the hamster wheels:
Gain/Loss: Clutch tightly to avoid loss → Creates scarcity that repels abundance
Able/Unable: Protect kids from all challenge → Create unable adults who can't assess risk
Right/Wrong: Need to always be right → Miss the wisdom that comes from being wrong
Support/Let Down: Over-support to prevent disappointment → They never learn resilience
Attention/Ignore: Monitor constantly to avoid danger → Hypervigilance creates the anxiety that clouds judgment
The pattern is undeniable. Every hamster wheel runs on the same corrupted code: "If I just DO MORE, HARDER, WITH MORE CONTROL, I'll finally be safe."
But reality operates on a different protocol. The Taoists called it wu wei - action through non-action.
Here's the counterintuitive truth: When you stop resisting what is and simply observe your mind trying to change reality, the programming dissolves by itself.
Not by trying harder to accept it.
Not by forcing yourself to be different.
Not by adding another "should" to your list.
Just... seeing it.
Where is your:
Mind insisting you should gain more (while creating loss)?
Thoughts saying you're unable (while your capability is right there)?
Voice demanding you be right (while staying stuck)?
Programming over-supporting others (while draining yourself)?
Pattern seeking attention (while pushing connection away)?
The universe isn't asking you to DO anything different.
It's inviting you to SEE what's actually happening.
Every time the "right" approach didn't work - that was reality showing you the code was corrupted.
Every time you thought "I should try harder" - that was the hamster wheel spinning faster, not the solution.
Every time you resisted what is - that resistance WAS the suffering, not the circumstance.
If you want to see how all five wheels create these backwards outcomes through simple observation, I map the complete system in "Glitch": [link in bio]
Rob
P.S. The most counterintuitive thing of all? You don't need to DO anything with this information. Not even "practice observing." Just notice when your mind is fighting reality. The seeing itself dissolves the fight. That's the universe's protocol - change through awareness, not through effort.

Counterintuitive Day....
I sleep better on the floor than in a bed.
Whats another one you've found?
