Simple body awareness practice I use:
Briefly tense your body (1-2 seconds) then release
Do this constantly throughout the day, synchronized with your heartbeat (ultimate goal and way to have incredible internal fitness)
Breath in = tense.
Breath out = un-tense.
Focus on the "midline" (centre line of your body) as the area to tense (this takes practice).
