"This work has been profoundly liberating for me. It first helped me connect with and understand myself, then my wife. For me, this has been the most valuable contribution to our relationship. By doing so, I’m enabling my children to flourish, free from my old, deeply ingrained, untruthful beliefs that once restricted my relationship with myself and life. This freedom will attract partners for them who are deeply loving and unconditionally accepting—my way of future-proofing my daughters. I don’t need to shape them into something; I just need to un-shape myself." Extract from upcoming book. image

This one thing is ruining your body and ageing humans early. I can’t believe how upside down the scienceTM and medical world is on this. #antiageing #physicalperformance #health

My hypothesis: Much of what’s diagnosed as iron deficiency anemia is iron sequestration due to copper deficiency and chronic stress, driven by five ‘hamster wheel programs’—able/unable, right/wrong, paying attention to/ignore, support/let down, gain/loss—that originate stress and disrupt nutrient balance. This iron dysregulation is the cause of all chronic inflammatory conditions. Diabetes, cardiovascular disease, allergies, Dementia, Chronic fatigue, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) etc Therefore these hamster wheels, which we perceive life through, are causal in all disease. image

Madeira Island is neither extinct nor dead, but it is volcanic in origin. The island was formed by volcanic activity millions of years ago, but there are no active volcanoes today. The last known eruptions in the Madeira archipelago occurred around 5 to 7 million years ago, and the island is now considered dormant or extinct in terms of volcanic activity. However, despite the lack of volcanic activity, Madeira is very much alive in terms of its #bitcoin ecosystem, human habitation, and geological changes. The island has a rugged mountainous landscape, lush forests, and a thriving tourism industry. While earthquakes occasionally occur, there is no evidence of any future eruptions. This dr is right about stress causing dysregulation of iron but not about the solution as he says more iron is needed which is incorrect #batteryhealth #bodyelectric #health
